Pizza…make it at home instead of ordering delivery! I just recently made this pizza for the first time and it was delicious. Not only was it delicious, but gluten free, low carb, and high protein. It got two thumbs up from my family. It’s definatly our new Sunday night pizza choice. It’s healthier than delivery, fun to make (let the kids help), and it’s done in about 35 minutes.
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mozerella cheese plus extra for topping (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Jar pizza sauce
- Your favoite toppings and mozzarella cheese
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Mix eggs and 1 cup mozzarella and 2 cups parmesan cheese together. Then spread onto a pizza pan using your hands or a Pampered Chef pizza roller. (I use a Pampered Chef baking stone along with Pampered Chef cheese grader, cutting board, chopper, mixing bowl, measuring cup, and pizza cutter. What can I say…I love Pampered Chef products). Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread on your favorite jar pizza sauce. Use as much as you like. Add toppings of choice and cheese. Return to over and bake an additoinal 12-15 mintues. Enjoy!
Note- You can make your pizza healthier by choosing healthier toppings like veggies. I made a Greek pizza topped with spinach, Kalamada olives, and Fetta cheese.
